Physics 1A

This is an introductory course in which lectures serve to emphasize and explain key concepts as well as build problem solving capabilities. Toward the latter goal, four lecture periods involve continuous class participation through Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs). The textbook for the class is Serway and Faughn, College Physics, 7th Edition, Vol. 1, Thomson/Brooks/Cole.
